Our JKS race car driven by Steve Cave has won the 2008 Monoposto 1200 championship by wrapping up the title at Snetterton on the 19th October. The JKS has now won the 2007 and 2008 Monoposto championships driven by Steve Cave for both seasons.

With the introduction of the racer in 2003, John Kirby has developed and fine-tuned the JKS to the winning car it is today. In fact the tally now stands at 112 victories, 112 fastest laps, 33 lap records and 7 championships!! A truly astonishing achievement for a race car using a stock engine!!

Enquiries welcome for the 2009 cars as the new chassis are being manufactured and will again be available in full component form or as factory built and ready to race.

Formula 27 Clubman – effectively where it all began!! Although the F27 has been around for 18 years now, recent upgrades have ensured it maintains its position as being one of the best “seven-esque” cars around.

Monza – By using the same chassis and suspension as the latest F27 we have continued the theme of combining a high quality product with excellent road holding, with the flowing lines of the Monza sports car body.

Monaco – This chassis for the latest addition to the range has been created with excellent imput from Oxford Brookes University using their latest CAD facilities. This “clean sheet” design has ensured a really light yet immensely strong car that has instant track day and race appeal.

JKS Formula Cars – As JKS is operating under the Image Sports Cars umbrella, we are now building 2009 specification single seat racing cars. As a result of recent time consuming and exhaustive tests at MIRA, we are proud to announce that the JKS range now meets and exceeds the requirements of FIA article 277 for chassis compliance. This ensures that we, as the manufacturer, offer our customers both value for money and “duty of care” for a fantastically strong and light race car.
